Custom Orders & Size Selection
Please note that all custom-made orders are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size selection issues. Buyers are responsible for carefully selecting their size before placing an order.
Shearling Jackets & Coats
For Shearling jackets and coats, we add approximately 2 inches of extra room to allow comfort and layering, as shearling material takes up space. If there is any issue related to this sizing adjustment, we cannot be held responsible.
Damaged Items
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if jackets or coats are damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any damage occurs.
